Refund &
Delivery Policy

Our digital products are sold and delivered through Gumroad. This page explains how delivery works and how to reach us about a refund or a problem with your files.

1. How orders work

When you choose “Buy on Gumroad”, you complete your order on Gumroad’s checkout. Gumroad processes the payment and sends your receipt. This website does not take payments itself.

2. Digital delivery

Products are digital downloads. After a successful purchase, Gumroad provides access to the files through its download page and your receipt email. What is included and the file formats are listed on each product’s Gumroad page. Nothing is shipped physically.

3. Problems with your files

If a file will not open, is incomplete or you cannot access your download, email vantreliodigital@gmail.com with the product name and the email address used for the purchase. We will help you access a working copy.

4. Refund requests

To request a refund, email us with the product name and the email address used for the purchase. We review each request individually. Approved refunds are issued through Gumroad to the original payment method. Any refund terms shown on the product’s Gumroad page at the time of purchase also apply, and mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

5. Physical products

Physical products are marked “Coming soon”. They are not available to buy, and no orders or pre-orders are accepted.

6. Security

Do not send full payment card numbers, bank credentials or identity documents by email. If you suspect an unauthorized charge, contact your payment provider promptly as well.
